While hydrocortisone sprays like cortavance spray work good in cases of excessive itching related to atopic dermatitis, it may have side effects in some cases and hence, tazsoothe is suitable for such cases or other mild cases of itching that need no application of steroids So unlike steroid oil/cream/sprays, it can be used regularly over a prolonged period of time..
