If you already have an existing infestation in your pet, no herbal remedy like this will work as these are not strong enough. You are better off with cypermethrin or propoxur shampoos like virbac clinar/ clinar-m or bayer bolfo shampoo/ powder or pet care ridd/ taktic (amitraz dips) in such cases.
