Rubenal 300 comes from Vetoquinol and is prescribed in cases of renal or kidney disorders in pets.
Use this under vet guidance. Mostly used in cases of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) and renal failure. Contains rhubarb extracts. Should be started from stage II of IRIS guidelines or When serum creatinine level goes beyond 1.4 mg/dl in dogs & 1.6 mg/dl in cats.
Dosage: Body weight up to 12kg – 1/2 tab twice a day.
Body weight from 12-25kg 1 tab twice a day.
Body weight 26-45kg 2 tabs twice a day.
Body weight>45kg 3 tabs twice a day.
Follow veterinarian’s guidance closely regarding dosage.
