Even if the description says stuff like maximum strength, don’t be misguided by such claims. If you already have an existing infestation in your pet, no herbal remedy like this will work as these are not strong enough. You are better off with cypermethrin or propoxur shampoos like virbac clinar/ clinar-m or bayer bolfo shampoo/ powder or pet care ridd/ taktic (amitraz dips) in such cases. For extreme cases of ticks, fleas, mange etc, you can use edibles like MSD Bravecto or ivermectin injections/pour-on under registered vet guidance.
