Simparica is a flea tick chewable tablet from Zoetis USA whose primary ingredient is Sarolaner. It is much more effective than flea tick shampoos and spot ons in killing and clearing flea, tick, mite and lice infestation. Simparica kills 4 types of ticks and adult as well as larvae life stages of fleas. For 1 tab, effects lasts for 1 whole month. Works fast with high effectiveness. Â Sarolaner has immediate and persistent flea tick lice killing activity and protection against new infestations for at least 5 weeks.
Ingredients:Â Sarolaner, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Starch, Corn, Wheat Germ, Anhydrous Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Corn Syrup, Gelatin.
Comes in easy to administer liver flavor palatable tablets.
Available in 2 doses with 3 tabs in each pack in India:-
1)40mg for dogs of weight 10kg-20kg(22.1-44lbs)
2)80mg for dogs of weight 20kg-40kg(44.1-88lbs)

Note:Â While Simparica is FDA approved like Bravecto, it may cause side effects in some pets, so use it only under the guidance of a veterinarian. While it is much more effective than flea tick shampoos, sprays etc, it is kind of a controversial product as it is seen to cause problems only in pets with chronic illness, liver/kidney disorders, sick or aged pets.
So use only if recommended by vet for dogs of age above 6 months in very healthy/active condition and only has problems of fleas, lice, ticks, mites etc.
